If the software update is carried out via the GARDENA smart system app, the gateway should be placed where the lowest radio resistance between the gateway and the robotic lawnmower is to be expected. In the best case, the robotic lawnmower should be in the immediate vicinity of the gateway.
If the software update is carried out via the GARDENA Bluetooth app, the robotic lawnmower should have a good Wi-Fi connection in the area of the charging station.
If these requirements are not met, it can take several hours for the software update to be successfully installed.
If the software update does not install successfully after several hours, we recommend that you turn off the robotic lawnmower, wait 10 seconds and then turn it on again.
Afterwards, please check whether the installation of the software in the respective GARDENA app needs to be confirmed again and confirm this if necessary.
