New integration:
If you are unable to connect your robotic lawnmower to the Bluetooth app, please check the following beforehand:
> Are you using the GARDENA Bluetooth App? (Caution, there is also a smart app!!!)
> Is your robotic lawnmower Bluetooth compatible? Only the SILENO minimo, SILENO city and SILENO life models are Bluetooth-enabled.
> Our smart robotic lawnmowers are not Bluetooth-enabled.
> Please check whether Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone/tablet.
> Does your SILENO city / life / minimo have the latest firmware?
To update the firmware of your robotic lawnmower to the latest version, please click on the following link and follow the steps provided:
https://www.gardena.com/int/c/support/planning-advice/robotic-lawnmowers/maintenance/software-update
If these requirements are met, please proceed as follows:
> Switch off the robotic lawnmower using the main switch.
> Restart the GARDENA Bluetooth App.
> Please follow the steps for integrating the Bluetooth App. The robotic lawnmower should only be switched on when you are prompted to do so by the app.
The robotic lawnmower was already connected to the GARDENA Bluetooth App:
If your robotic lawnmower was already connected to your Bluetooth app and can no longer be connected, please proceed as follows:
> Open the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone/tablet. All Bluetooth devices that have ever been paired are displayed here. Your robotic lawnmower will almost certainly also be displayed.
> Please remove the robotic lawnmower from this list.
Settings>Bluetooth menu>Find product>Click on the blue info sign next to the description>Select Ignore product>The product is deleted from the list and is no longer connected to your iPhone.
> Switch off the robotic lawnmower using the main switch.
> Restart the GARDENA Bluetooth App.
> Please follow the steps for integrating the Bluetooth app. The robotic lawnmower should only be switched on when you are prompted to do so by the app.
Finally, a few important tips:
The robotic lawnmower can only be programmed once the general installation (charging station, boundary wire, etc.) has been completed, as it is necessary to assign a status to the robotic lawnmower (via the Park button) for programming.
