Dismantling the housing
(The housing is attached to the chassis with four screws)
- Set the main switch to the 0 position.
- Turn the robotic lawnmower over. Place the robotic lawnmower on a soft, clean surface to avoid damaging the housing.
- Unscrew the four screws (Torx 25). Replacing the rear rubber dampers
- Loosen the four screws (Torx 20) that secure the two rear rubber damper brackets to the housing.
Note: The brackets are not fitted symmetrically. Make a note of their position so that they can be correctly refitted later.
- Loosen both screws (Torx 25) that secure the rubber dampers in their brackets.
- Fit new rubber dampers in the brackets. Always replace both rubber dampers together.
- Fit the brackets in the housing.
Note: The brackets are not fitted symmetrically. Therefore, make sure that they are fitted correctly.
Changing the front rubber damper
