Possible causes could be
> Grass or other objects have become wrapped around the blade plate.
- Please remove the grass or objects from the blade disc.
> The grass is too high.
- Our robotic lawnmowers are designed to mulch, i.e. to cut approx. 1-2 mm of the top of the grass. If the clippings are too long, this error message may be triggered. We recommend that you set the cutting height to the top and gradually reduce it to your desired cutting height.
If the source of the error has not yet been determined with the points listed so far, the robotic lawnmower must be checked. We therefore recommend that you contact GARDENA Service.
