Please check whether the charging station is supplied with power. The power supply unit may not be plugged into the socket or it may not be supplied with power (fuse).
- Disconnect a boundary wire from the charging station. If the indicator light is now flashing blue, contact our service department and send us a brief description of the fault and proof of purchase of your robotic lawnmower.
If the above steps do not apply, continue with the troubleshooting.
- If possible, please use a multimeter to check the output voltage (DC voltage) on the following components (if you are unable to measure the voltage, please skip to the next point):
> the output voltage at the transformer,
> the voltage at the end of the low-voltage cable
> the voltage at the charging contacts of the charging station
Please refer to the type plate of your transformer under Output voltage to find out which voltage must be present.
If the specified output voltage is not supplied at the respective measuring points, please replace the defective component.
- If you are unable to check the voltages, please connect the transformer directly to the charging station without the low-voltage cable and check whether the LED on the charging station lights up green again.
If this is the case, please replace the low-voltage cable.
- If the source of the fault has not yet been determined with the points listed so far, all individual components must be checked. Please contact GARDENA Service for this.
