Please take the average mowing time for your robotic lawnmower model from the technical data in the operating instructions. If this value is significantly lower, please proceed as follows.
> Please clean the charging contacts of the robotic lawnmower and the charging station (in any case) with fine emery paper or steel wool. Then wet the charging contacts with a contact spray or commercially available machine or lubricating oil/grease (e.g. battery grease). The aim of this measure is to protect the charging contacts even better against environmental influences (corrosion).
> Please check the timer setting in the menu of your robotic lawnmower.
> Please check the blades of the robotic lawnmower and the selected cutting height. A high current consumption at the blade motor caused by blunt blades or grass that is too high can also lead to a shorter mowing time.
Note:
If the operating times of the robotic lawnmower become shorter than usual between charges, this is an indication that the battery is reaching the end of its service life and should be replaced if necessary.
If the source of the fault has not yet been determined with the points listed so far, all individual components must be checked. We therefore recommend that you contact GARDENA Service.
