Please check which color the control LED of the charging station lights up or flashes.
LED off
Please follow the instructions in the FAQ "Charging station LED indicator light does not light up"
LED flashes blue
Possible causes:
> The boundary wire is damaged
> The boundary wire is not correctly connected to the charging station.
> Connector (blue) between the guide wire and boundary wire not installed correctly.
LED flashes green
> Eco mode is activated. Please place the robotic lawnmower in the charging station and deactivate ECO mode; this depends on the model and can be found in the operating instructions.
LED lights up green.
Please try to generate a new loop signal, this depends on the model and can be found in the operating instructions.
> If a new loop signal could be generated and the robotic lawnmower still displays the message "No loop signal", this may be caused by metal objects such as fences, reinforcing steel or mole grids.
If the source of the error has not yet been determined with the points listed so far, all individual components must be checked. Please contact GARDENA Service for this.
