Please clean the charging contacts of the robotic lawnmower and the charging station (in any case) with fine sandpaper or steel wool. Then moisten the charging contacts with a contact spray or commercially available machine or lubricating oil/grease (e.g. battery grease). The aim of this measure is to protect the charging contacts even better against environmental influences (corrosion).
Please ensure that the operating mode "Main range" (SILENO and SILENO+) / "AUTO" (R38-R80) is selected.
Please ensure that the correct date and time are set in the robotic lawnmower.
Please ensure that the robotic lawnmower is within its programmed time slot.
Please ensure that the "Start" / "Play" button has been pressed before closing the display cover.
If an error message is shown on the display, please refer to the FAQs or the operating instructions for further suggested solutions.
If the LED on the charging station does not light up, please follow the instructions in the FAQ "Charging station does not light up".
If the source of the fault has not yet been determined with the points listed so far, all individual components must be checked. Please contact GARDENA Service for this.
